S.C.O.O.T.R. Inc. Events S.C.O.O.T.R. Inc. sponsors three main events each year; the Ice Breaker Poker Run, Summer Eruption Run, and Toy Run event.
2011 Toy Run November 18th American Legion in La Pine Old Fashioned Toy Run Dance and Party Raffles Live Music Photos with Santa Raffling a trip to Las Vegas and a trip to Hawaii "World Famous" Pit BBQ Dinner starting at 5 p.m. $8 per person Admission: New Unwrapped Toy All the same fun from the original S.C.O.O.T.R. Toy Run just no casio this year. This is one way for us to offset the huge costs of providing Christmas Gift Baskets to over 700 needy kids in our area (last year's figure). The past few years we have relied on the Casino Night to raise funds for this, so donations of cash would be appreciated as well. Last year we spent over $25,000...but that is only about $35 per kid...and we buy coats and boots and essentials; we rely on the giving of the community for most of the toys.
